This is our hottest sauce & most popular. We have a traditional Jamaican jerk made with an award winning Gin from Quebec (Terre à Boire), that we finish off with some fermented super hots, creating a slow build and lingering heat – much less forgiving than our other sauces. So once you think its done, the sauce is not quite done with you! Because the complexity of our recipe, this sauce surpringly goes well with pretty much anything: grilled meat, chicken cesar wraps, pizza, salmon, etc.
(Ingredients: scotch bonnet, Trinidad Moruga scorpion, gin, green onion, garlic, onion, lime, tamari, sea salt, herbs, spices (cinnamon), organic cane sugar)
FOOD PAIRINGS
This sauce was developed for Terre à Boire’s award winning gin. Because of the complex flavor profile of jerk, it pairs well with nearly everything!
The flavor profile pairs well with: grilled proteins, tofu and mushrooms, fried chicken, nachos, in mayonnaise to serve along grilled calamari, etc.
