Thai Chili & Banana Pepper: 30,000-50,000 scoville
Our Thai Chili & Banana Pepper sauce is a variation of the traditional franks hot sauce recipe with Thai chiles and Hungarian banana peppers. The change in peppers gives this sauce a tang as opposed to the regular vinegar based flavour we are used to in franks.

This hot sauce has more kick than our other two. With less natural sugars, the bite of the habanero is more pronounced. It’s great on just about anything that can take the level of heat with the touch of sweet. Amazing on chicken tacos, fish fillet, pork loin and even veggies.

Blueberry & Scotch Bonnet : 100,000-350,000 scoville
Though blueberries are not Caribbean, this hot sauce is a traditional caribbean recipe made from Trinidad Moruga Scorpions (one of the hottest peppers in the world) and local fruits. We’ve adapted it to use Quebec blueberries and slightly more palpable by swapping the Trinidad Moruga Scorpions for Scotch Bonnet. This hot sauce has quite a bite, with a lovely fruity roundness.
